We'd like to tell the richness or a cooking that has the typical fragrances and colours of a generous land; a cooking which has it roots in the
best tuscan tradition and which enriches its nuances with the search of new and more intense sensations.

We’d like to be able to describe the richness of our "tagliere di carni stagionate”
(trencher or different kinds of seasoned meat), and also the intense smell of fresh boletus or of truffle with our hand-made.

We'd like to say with suitable words the taste or our "arrosti" (roast) and or our soft and refined “filetto al pan grattato e pesto"
(filet with bread-crumbs and pesto)

We could try describe to this...

We could try to evoke the fresh and rich taste of our ” crudité di carciofi (artichokes) con scampi lardellati" and also the intense harmony of tames or our "padellata di maltagliati e crostacei"; we could try to tell about our cartoccio of... and potatoes with wine and about the refined sweetness of our "catalana di crostacei"...
